How it works

From an empty workspace to a room full of people.

Six steps. You set up the event, guests get a pass, and on the day the app, the speakers, and the door all use the same list.

  1. 01

Create a workspace and the event

Sign up and you land in a workspace. Add the event name, the dates, and where people should come. You can keep it as a draft until the page is ready, then publish it when guests should see it.

Step image — workspaceA shot of the new-event screen or the event list.
  2. 02

Give it a look and a public page

Brand studio sets the colors and the primary, secondary, and outline buttons. Dark fills get light text, and light fills get dark text, including on the registration form. The public page is what guests open before they register.

  3. 03

Add tickets, the agenda, and speakers

Create ticket types for guests, delegates, or VIPs. Build the registration form. Lay out sessions and tracks, and repeat a session across every day when the program runs that way. Speaker profiles hold a photo, title, and links for LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, X, and Facebook.

Step image — agendaThe agenda board or a speaker card.
  4. 04

Guests register and receive a pass

People register on your page. EventOS sends the ticket image by email and on WhatsApp, with the confirmation message you wrote under Messages. The message can include their name, the event, the ticket, and when and where to arrive. The pass has a QR code for the door.

Step image — ticketThe ticket image or a phone showing the WhatsApp pass.
  5. 05

Open the apps for guests and speakers

Attendees sign in to the event app for the agenda, people, chat, meetings, the floor map, the social wall, and their badge. Speakers get a separate login. They see only their sessions, show a badge at the door, and can push a poll onto attendee phones. They cannot change session times. Those stay with the event admin.

Step image — appsThe attendee app and the speaker portal, side by side if you have both.
  6. 06

Run the room, then follow up

Door staff scan the QR or search the list. Between sessions, an admin can pop a quiz onto attendee screens, or guests can scan a code to take it. Speakers can poll their own session. When you need to tell everyone something, send it by email and WhatsApp from Communications. The desk keeps registrations, check-ins, and orders in one place.

It is free to start.

Pricing is not set yet, so the workspace does not ask for a plan. Create the event and invite the team when you are ready.
